At LTC, we have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. From our offices in Uxbridge and Camden, we are able to offer comprehensive services in scaffolding, roofing, and electrical contracting throughout the South East. We hold £5 million of public liability and £10 million employers’ liability insurance. As well as offering warranties and insurance backed guarantees when so required.
ROOFING
Since 2006 LTC has developed a roofing division which has seen the completion of many new build and refurbishment projects for various clients. LTC ROOFING is accredited and approved as a member of the NFRC, National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
SCAFFOLDING
LTC (Southern) Limited has been trading since September of 2003 as a scaffolding subcontractor.
ELECTRICAL
Since 2010 we have developed an electrical division specialising in all aspects of electrical work. LTC ELECTRICAL is accredited and approved as an NICEIC, National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting. NICEIC registration not only demonstrates to customers and specifiers our skills and professionalism, it also gives peace of mind that our products and services are the best in the industry.
LTC SOLAR ENERGY INSTALLATION
We are approved and certificated as an MCS solar and microgeneration installer which entails assessing the supply, design, installation, set-to-work and commissioning of renewable microgeneration technologies. In simple English, approved for Solar installations.
Our offices and depot in Uxbridge and Camden enable us to quickly service areas such as London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire.
LTC are able and have indeed undertaken works on an array of large and small projects ranging from new build developments, interior fit out, building/housing maintenance and sporting grandstand works.
LTC employ in excess of 70 CSCS accredited tradesmen and are forecasting a turnover for 2011 of approximately £5 million.
We are members of and accredited to The NFRC, NICEIC, MCS, CHAS, CONSTRUCTIONLINE and SAFECONTRACTOR. Our constructionline reference number is 61172.
