THE COMPANY
LTC Scaffolding were formed in 2003, primarily undertaking refurbishment projects within the City of London. Over 15 years on, LTC have established themselves as a premium scaffolding company, operating accross a diverse and ever expanding 'Tier 1' client base.

From traditional tube and fit to system scaffold. Proprietary Edge Protection installation and free CPD Seminars for our clients. LTC Scaffolding offer its clients a full support package from bespoke design & installation through to educational CPD seminars.

LTC Scaffolding have continued to expand into several different sectors. The company and its experienced management team primarily specialise in Residential New Build Developments, Commercial Development and Refurbishment projects.
HEALTH & SAFETY CULTURE
Scaffolding is recognised as one of the highest risk trades within the construction industry, there is no subject of greater importance than the safety and wellbeing of LTC employees and those surrounding who are affected by operations.
LTC are renowned for their uncompromising approach towards Health & Safety in the workplace, promoting diligence and applying innovative means to protecting those involved.
LTC operate a 5 Point PPE minimum and tethered tools at all times policy to reduce the risk of tools falling from height protecting those beneath.
Holding an integrated management system accredited to UKAS ISO 45001: 2018, LTC have stringent procedures in place to provide an industry leading Health & Safety performance accross all projects. This system instils recorded Daily Task Briefings between Management and Operative and regular task specific tool box talks. These are effective means of communicating and improving Health & Safety awareness on site.
