A joint venture between Barratt London and social housing operator Hyde to regenerate the former Kodak Factory and its land into a mixed-use development consisting of 460 new homes. At its peak, the factory employed over 6,000 people. One of the main buildings and the ‘spire’ will remain, undergoing a full refurbishment and the former being redeveloped into a residents cinema.
